Weekly On-Site Home Inspections

CheckList's HomeWatch program offers you the most comprehensive scheduled inspection service for your property. Plus, the programs can be customized to meet your specific needs. While you are away, CheckList will inspect your home/property on a regularly scheduled basis by conducting an on-site walk through of the property. We will do a thorough check of the interior and exterior of the home. Following the inspection we will provide the owner a report regarding any issues that were found and a recommendation for how to resolve these problems. Our employees will work closely with you to provide the confidence and peace of mind you desire regarding your Florida property investment.

  • The CheckList Basic HomeWatch Services Include the Following:  
     
       — Inspect every room in the house
        — Inspect the exterior of the property
       — Inspect for water leaks and standing water
       — Inspect for mildew and mold
       — Inspect for insect infestation
       — Inspect toilets for proper operation
       — Inspect doors and windows
       — Inspect air conditioning system(s)
       — Ensure that thermostats and humidistats
           are set and operating per owners
           instructions
       — Inspect major appliances
       — Inspect telephones and alarm systems
       — Inspect pool and landscaping to ensure
           proper maintenance
       — Ensure that mail is being properly
           forwarded
  • Special HomeWatch Service items include:

       — Inspect and operate cars and golf carts per owners instructions
       — Forward newspapers and other items as requested by the homeowner
       — Other special request items that are required by the property owner can be included
            with this service package
