CheckList basic HomeWatch services include the following:
• Inspect every room in the house
• Inspect for insect infestation
• Inspect for mildew or mold
• Inspect for visible water leaks
• Flush toilets (biweekly)
• Inspect pool
• Inspect yard and landscaping
• Check water, electricity, air conditioning and major appliances
• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
• Check smoke detectors and alarm system
• Ensure that mail is being forwarded/handled per homeowner's instructions
• Check and set thermostat/humidistat per homeowner's instructions
